Abundant Health is a wellness facility that was founded in 2004 and is located in Bedford, Texas. We specialize in a customized approach to health and well being that is focused on the needs of the individual client for each and every session. We currently offer massage, yoga, and essential oil therapies along with holistic health coaching.

We work diligently to be able to provide a specialized bodywork experience that is different for each person each day. Each session is based on the feedback that we receive during the consultation prior to your session and all previous information that we have gained about you. We look at the entire individual and work to help you be the best you that you can be. We offer a wide variety of techniques including but not limited to JFB myofascial, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, swedish, hot stones, three metal bowl foot treatment, pamper sessions, yoga therapy, essential oil therapy, health coaching, and many many more!
