Morris and Associates ( M&A ) is a family-owned business that was founded by Don K. Morris in the early 1960's to serve the Major Oil Companies. In 1979, William K. ( Bill ) Morris joined the firm after graduating from Texas A & M University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Don Morris retired in 1994 and Bill Morris took over then as President of the company. Although we have maintained our specialization in the fuel industry, M&A has expanded its consulting services over the years to include the food service, drug, grocery, retail and government sectors. Our design professionals are licensed in multiple states and are familiar with the unique requirements to permit a single site or roll out a retail development program on a large scale. M&A is uniquely qualified to assist customers in dealing with the rapidly changing and frequently complicated codes and regulations that apply to the design, permitting and operation of their facilities nationwide.
