Creations by Courtney was Started in April of 2011 . I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years. I am a Paul Mitchell the School graduate as well as a licensed cosmetology instructor. Over time my passion for hair and art has grown and matured. I pride my self in being a multicultural hair stylist. I provide a space that welcomes women from all walks of life.
