They're doing it right. The peppered pork belly is outstanding! Do yourself a favor, plan any trip through the area around their hours. Make sure you add some of their pickled onions to the pork...

Great food. Great staff. Loved it all. Very welcoming. We visited on a cold rainy day and enjoyed every minute.
