I have bought my last 6 pairs of glasses from 4I's. I went in today to get a screw replaced. I was charged $5.00 for the replacement screw. Ridiculous. They are also extremely rude. I'm done. I...

$118 eyeglass exam does not include the necessary PD measurement. When you go to get glasses you will discover that the PD measurement is required. 4i's will be happy to take a simple measurement...
