History
Founded in 2020 by Cowboys Legend DeMarcus Ware, it has been the goal of 3Volt Fitness to provide a workout experience that was previously lacking in the 76262 area and beyond. It is a one-of-a-kind gym with state-of-the-art equipment - nowhere else will you find the extensive class offering from lagree to strength to cardio and so much more. We are the only high-end athleisure boutique in the greater Trophy Club area, and offer women's apparel from beloved brands like Alo, Varley, PE Nation, Beyond Yoga, and more.

This is by far my favorite workout place ever. I have been the most inspired by not only the instructors but the sense of community 3Volt brings.

I just joined at 3volt after trying out multiple gyms, programs in the area. My major complaint at other gyms was An area of my body wasn't getting worked out, a muscle group was somehow missed....
