History
Our program started as a small recreational program teaching martial arts for the Scott AFB youth center in Illinois in 1995. Upon retiring from the USAF in she opened a commercial studio in Illinois in 2007. Upon relocating to Texas in 2011 she opened the San Antonio location.

Currently offering on-site and virtual classes! 3T is a local martial arts studio serving students in the San Antonio area. We've integrated a comprehensive martial arts and self-defense curriculum with character development, life skills, and leadership training that empowers our students to discover and achieve their individual potential in all areas of their lives. Our professional instructors help students improve health and fitness, develop good character, acquire life-changing success skills, and learn street-smart self-defense.
