The 1st Cavalry Division Museum in Fort Cavazos, TX, serves as a historical tribute to the storied past of America's First Team, showcasing the evolution of the 1st Cavalry Division and its subordinate units as they adapted to the challenges of frontier protection and westward expansion. Through detailed narratives and exhibits, visitors can explore the division's significant role in American history, particularly during the migration and territorial expansion of the 1800s.
