Staff was really friendly... The manager I think her name was Jennifer was really nice. Came out and talked with us... We got our food really fast... Best chicken in town.

Was not very happy mine and my husband food was wrong only thing right was the kids meal and my husband and I got food poisoning from the sauce on our sandwich. Workers there were also very rude....

This place has updated Zaxby's decor, very nice. However, getting food is always so Chaotic. They hire very young teenagers & seem to barely train them. Customer service is ALMOST ZERO!...
