The Young Leaders Council (YLC), a Nashville-based 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1985, provides training for individuals aged 25 to 40 to effectively participate on the boards of nonprofit organizations. With a proven impact of over 3,500 young professionals gaining leadership skills and enhancing their professional networks, YLC fosters a new generation of committed board leaders dedicated to serving the community.
