Their wifi is trash, at BARE MINIMUM you will experience problems once a month. We have yet to have a non-problematic month, I am moving out of the house I'm at and 1000% will never be using them...

I took my elderly Mom in just to pay her bill because they are still trying set up an all in one app for their system which in my opinion is not a good idea for the elderly I walk into the store...

Xfinity will charge you for service you do not have. You have to keep track of their billing system.

Horrible, Horrible, outage every other day, a customer for 15 years since streaming started. I am thinking about changing provider for another unlimited data. Bye xfinity.
