Andrew's career was teetering on the brink of collapse, as he had a wife, a toddler, and a newborn to provide for. With no financial resources and a deep love for baking, Rhiannon embarked on the journey of founding White Oak Bakery from the comfort of their home in September 2018. After losing everything and relying on government assistance, with nothing more to lose, White Oak Bakery made the leap to a physical storefront in April 2019. With a profound commitment to spreading love and a fervent desire to serve the community, White Oak Bakery became a hub for delectable offerings, including coffee, cupcakes, brownies, and more. Andrew had the privilege of overseeing the day-to-day operations, while Rhiannon found immense joy in embracing her role as a full-time, stay-at-home mom to their three beautiful daughters, from the eldest, Eleanor, to the youngest, Abigail and Maggie.
