Founded in 1954, the West Knox Utility District is a municipal entity that provides water and wastewater services. It serves more than 20,000 customers throughout Tennessee. This water company is absolutely horrid. The customer service is always rude and unhelpful. If you have issues with your water bill they don't tell you and just charge you an arm and a leg....
