Our owner is a trained and certified pizzaiolo from the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli out of Naples, Italy, the oldest pizza school in the world. He earned his certification in their "pizza classica" course. The class wasn't taught on how to properly assemble a pizza, how to operate ovens, or how to throw pizza dough in the air.

Such good pizza!!! We ordered 2! I would love to have these in Rhode Island. This was a very good pizza. You won't go wrong here.

Pizza is great! Thin and crispy and New Haven Connecticut style for sure. Some favorites include: The Foundation and The Pizza Party. Quality ingredients and skilled pizzaiolo.
