My burger is hard, literally the bread has been sitting under a heat lamp. Hard food and wasted money But that's still not the worst part, the duchy manager (crunchy disheveled slouchy white guy)...

The customer service was absolutely awful! The girl was very rude and clearly didn't want to be there. My order was not correct nor did she put sauce in my bag like she told me when I asked for some.

First attempt to try the new store I sat in line for 25 plus minutes with two cars in front of me at 430 in the afternoon, had to leave. Tried it again today...1pmcst in a saturday and the drink...
