The service is horrible here. I made an appointment and they did not honor it. If you need to meet with a banker, go to another location.

This bank is the worst. Nobody is able to do even the most basic task. After having flown to Dallas to be added to an account they were able to screw it up. I was overnighted the papers to sign in...
