I'm giving it a 5. It's clean. The wait staff is friendly. The food is good and timely. Sometimes Waffle Houses get a bad name because they aren't fancy, but folks, I've been eating at them...

waited 1 hour to get seated / get our food ....but staff was nice , respectful , gave us updates and made it worth the wait
