Founded in 1941, the Volunteer State Horsemen's Foundation has and continues to serve as the governing body for Nashville's Rite of Spring, the Iroquois Steeplechase horse race. We are proud to be able to contribute to 3 worthwhile causes: Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, The Foundation of the Horse, and Friends of Warner Parks.
