Very rude and disrespectful to seniors. Lack compassion and understanding to adequately care for the aging population. Only care about bottom line and will do whatever is necessary to make money....

The Hearth at Franklin is such a beautiful community. Everyone always seems so cheerful. Management has done such a great job at taking care of the community and providing a welcoming atmosphere...
