Not at all professional!! Used the location in Hixson.. I was there 3 hours with a make shift fill in doc. ( for a routine exam ) Had to wait a week to finally get my prescription which was wrong....

The staff sucks! My son has gone there and got the rudest staff. We wanted contacts and they said that kids can't have them. They can! I've had them as a kid. (Ps: blueberry hair is very rude.)

They do a good job of making your glasses. But their communication it TERRIBLE. If you live close and you can stop in easily to ask questions or find out if your glasses are back.. no problem. But...
