The process for scheduling the initial appointment is ridiculous! The wait times are also outrageous! I wouldn't get called into the office until AT LEAST an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment...

The wait time is ridiculous. Got there at 10:30 for an 11 appointment. Ended up leaving at 11:43 after still not being seen.
