So it started out great but then when waiting for the rope course the person didn't come and even after asking she got mad at me!!

The annual membership is a scam; you must avoid it at all costs. The food is HORRIBLE. You could feed your child from the dumpster behind a Taco Bell. It will be far better for the kids.
