Best customer service I have received at a UPS! I was mailing a framed picture with glass and the guys helped me pack it to make sure it would not break. Talk about going above and beyond!!

Visit UPS Customer Center in NASHVILLE, a self-service location to pick up & drop off pre-packaged pre-labeled shipments, create a new shipment using a self-service kiosk, and print mobile shipping labels. Customers can pick up shipments that have been redirected to this location. Usually located on-site at UPS distribution or operation facilities.

Easy access of freeway, easy parking, friendly and efficient service and extended hours for late evening package drop offs. Great place to use if you ship UPS packages.

No line. Super helpful. I don't know what all the fuss is about with the other reviews. I forgot tape and they even taped up all my packages for me-free of charge. Five stars!

Slow service... I was the only customer. Two employees, one could not figure out how to get a price, and the other chopped up my shipping box "to reduce the cost" and the saving came to $0.20. Oh,...
