A Taste of History, A Dash of Hospitality and A lot of Good Food! Owned by life long Paris resident, Billy Anderson. After working many years in the restaurant industry, Billy decided it was time to step out in faith and open his own place. Uncle Billy's is the culmination of that dream along with his love of antiques and local history. As evidenced by his choice of names for the restaurant, family is important to Billy and he hopes that you feel welcome here and enjoy looking around the restaurant. We offer freshly prepared burgers, homemade chicken salad, grilled chicken, Home of the Buttstick! Many salad options, baked potato bar, soups, desserts, several sandwich and wrap options. All meats are grilled fresh daily!

Uncle Billy's is one of our best local eateries. My favorite is the chicken salad followed closely by their berry salad. The service is excellent and the staff friendly. Give it a try.
