I've been to ugly mugs a few times. My complaint is they are very inconsistent. I could order the same thing 10 times and 5/10 could be amazing and 5/10 could taste like steamed water....

Ugly Mugs has been at this location for the entire 8 years that I have lived in Nashville and it still feels like a place that the locals can go and have a home in the bustling east Nashville....
