TKDo Martial Arts

History

TKDo Martial Arts is a dream that started in the early 1990's by Trey Kilgore. He committed himself to the idea and spent most of him youth practicing and teaching martial arts. Trey began his journey in teaching at age 8 and by age 11 he was teaching a adults too. He completed nationally for 7 years as a teenager and became the manger of four schools in Chattanooga with the largest martial arts group in the area. Trey spent a few years competing in the Pride circuit, but never felt comfortable with using what he learned for prize fighting. For nearly 30 years Trey has practiced martial arts and inspired a new generation of students to commit themselves to this journey.

Specialties

TKDo Martial Arts is a community and organization started in June 2018 by long time friends Trey Kilgore and Keldren Icet. After 30 years and teaching martial arts to 1000's of students across the country we finally opened our first martial arts studio in our home town of Collegedale, TN. We believe the best instructors are the most experienced students and that martial arts is more than self defense, it's a lifestyle.
