TITLE Boxing Club

We are a fitness center that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes for all fitness levels. Whether your goal is to lose weight or reach new goals, our fitness classes are designed to burn calories, improve coordination, reduce stress, and boost your energy and confidence levels. Unlike classes at some boxing gyms, we will get you fit without getting hit. While each class is different, they all offer intense full body training. For those that prefer one on one instruction, we also offer personal training. With our personal training packages, your trainer will analyze your fitness levels and goals to design a program that's right for you. We offer a variety of times for our fitness classes, including early morning and lunchtime options, so you can find one that best fits your schedule.
