They will lie. They will look you directly in the face and tell you they've performed specific work on your vehicle when in fact they have not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Usually get my tires and other car repair services done here for years but never again. They've tightened the lug nuts so tight. I broke 2 tire wrenches trying to get it off and it still won't...
