We love food, and we love cooking it -- that's what makes what we do so special to us. For more than 8 years, we've been lucky enough to spend every day in the shop sharing cooking secrets and talking food with our customers.

We guess you could call us traditional, but we're just committed to the idea that meat and seafood is best when it's natural and hormone-free. We choose our cuts ourselves, we make sure they're delivered fresh, and we butcher it all in-house. In addition to our superior protein selection, we've got shelves full of specialty sauces and olive oils -- everything you need to make a delicious all-natural meal, Southern-style.
