The Salt Barn is a holistic wellness center / day spa in Smyrna, TN just off Interstate 24 that specializes in salt therapy (halotherapy). Our 4,000sqft facility includes a beautiful Himalayan salt cave, infrared saunas, float tanks, detox foot baths, massage therapy, facials, waxing and many other esthetic services, along with spray tanning and alkaline water. We also have a large retail area where you can find many unique gifts such as Himalayan salt lamps, salt scrubs, body butters, soaps, bath bombs, Himalayan salt jewelry and much more.
