Do not and I mean please do not move here! Is over priced and cannot stress enough do not move here. They will make it a living hell to leave and will raise your rent by the next leasing contract....

A lot of police here lately. Grounds are trashed. You share your water bill with everyone else in your building, I live alone and my water bill is almost $50.

Place is OK if you like your rent to go up every time you renew your lease and others get a lower rate just for moving in. There are no water connections to wash a car or use a hose. If they water...
