Atmosphere was rizzing me up with how nice it was. Employees were based, and holy peak food. Atomic bomb versus coughing baby when compared to a certain unnamed popular Italian chain restaurant.

We met the owner and his son at the Knoxville farmers market. We bought pasta, sauce, meatballs and focaccia bread. DELICIOUS!! Great story on how the married couple started and where they trained...

The Italian Apron is a good food truck with good service. They came to our neighborhood. We pre-ordered and it was delicious. I reccomend. The cannoli was great.
