I never say nothing I know people have bad days but this made me feel like crap and angry I Been going here for years, new peopl Took it over and everything. Couple times since I been going there....

Hair cut was a sloppy mess, staff not friendly or helpful. As I was sitting in the chair the staff was bad talking another customer who had came in to complain about her haircut. Place unkempt!

Had an 11am appointment; stylist so far behind that I wasn't seen until noon. on site manager wasn't at all helpful haircut choppy and poorly done salon charges extra for shampoo not worth...
