Dr. Ryan Swope, graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado. He completed his surgical internship and residency at the University of Missouri and, additionally, obtained ABOS Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery. As Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force, Dr. Swope gained significant expertise as an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon through a series of appointments stateside and during deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dr. Swope is passionate about the areas of adult reconstructive surgeries, sports medicine, and the treatment and care of traumatic injury. His professional memberships include those in American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Association of Military Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
