Our gym has CrossFit programs for every level! If you are new to CrossFit, we will start you in a foundations class where you will learn the basic fundmentals in an unintimidating environment. Or, if you are a more experienced athlete, we have classes that will push you to your limits, and help you achieve every goal you set for yourself. We pride ourselves on fostering a community of athletes that will support you and take you to the next level of fitness. We know that injury is most people's number one concern when it comes to trying a new workout, but with years of knowledge and an onsite athletic trainer, you are in good hands. If you are looking for a more private experience, we also offer personal training. Each personal training session is tailored to help you meet your fitness goals.
