I was delighted to try El Farolito at their truck at the Tennessee Valley Fair. Their sopes were delicious, and their carne asada was on par with La Herradura in Knoxville (which is high praise)....

I would recommend this taco truck to anyone. Fairly priced, authentic food, outdoor seating, and a small shop for candies and soda.
