Used mobile app. Somehow burned two shells on cantina tacos. Inedible due to char. Discovered when I got home. Called twice to speak to someone to resolve issue- both times placed on hold no response.

we haven't had taco bell for a few years and we want go back. We used to go all the time. Their food not the same. Worst ever.... even the cinnamon twist had absolutely no cinnamon.
