This location is by far the best T-Mobile location in Chattanooga! The staff is so helpful and genuine, they helped me figure out how to save money and get a new phone! The store is always clean...

Told me that I could take my phone to any store for a deferred trade in-which is entirely untrue. Not entirely helpful nor accurate and wouldn't definitely drive further to get better assistance.
