The staff here is wonderful. They spent a lot of time and bent over backwards to transfer my service from A T & T, who were vengeful against me. Askk for Mr. Cheney, he is the best!!!!

Wireless box barely works. Tried it in every window-. Service is sketchy at best. Price is great , but isn't working out for us ....

Wish there was an option to give zero stars. The people who work at the Hendersonville location are unhelpful and EXTREMELY rude. If you can,go to another location. safe yourself the time and trouble.

if zero stars was an option I'd do that their most unhelpful and rude tmobile I've ever dealt with in the 4 years I've been with them 200% wouldn't recommend going here
