My child moved here in August of 2024 we were told by December that if I did not sign a new lease agreement her rent would be raised for the next year. so we did as my daughter planned to stay....

Absolutely would recommend never putting your student at this complex. I have never seen people treated so horrible. The office staff might as well never unlock the door..completely useless.
