10 min wait, got up to speaker and they asked me to wait another 5 min. There were only 3 cars on line, at 5pm there was no rush. Horrible Service

While the drinks/ food have no room for error, I would like to add that the service is awful. The Starbucks on poplar and off of highland has no sense of urgency. Now, I do understand wait times...
