Our first time visiting the lake and we rented a ski boat from Springs. They were super casual when taking my reservation, kind of made me nervous about showing up without a deposit or anything....

Springs Dock Resort Owned and run by the Costello family for more than 25 years, Springs Dock Resort on Norris Lake is a full service, first-class marina featuring friendly service. Our ammenities include a restaurant on the water, gas, concrete boat launching ramp and covered slips w/electric. Visit our dock store which has all the necessities including ice, beer, groceries, fishing tackle, bait, boat accessories, lake maps, ATM, and public restrooms. We also offer a variety of rentals for your accommodation and fun. On land we have condos and duplexes available for rent. On the water we offer mobile houseboats, ski, pontoons and fishing boats.

Great place to grab a burger or breakfast. Staff ilea's super friendly. Got gas for my boat while I was there. Cheapest on the lake. Had an ice cream cone on the way out. Made for the prefect...

My cousin had her wedding here and it was fabulous! Great rooms, great dock, and the marina food was amazing!(get the breakfast Sammy with bacon)

Rented a houseboat for the weekend wasn't clean, could smell other people on the bedding... three people from the trip are sick one had to take a trip to the er with a virus that can't be...
