Have been going to this location since I moved up here to knoxville. Have never had an issue with service. All of the stylists are excellent and friendly.

I made a reservation online then received a text saying my appointment will be ready in 15 minutes so i show up right on time. After waiting 45 mins for Destiny to do a simple fade on a young boy...

Every time I go there its closed. Their buisness hours say they are open, however the doors are always locked.

Never have the same folks there twice. Can't seem to follow simple instructions. Been there a few times but will never go back.
