This has to be the most UNRELIABLE service I have ever used! At least once (usually much more) per day, it either freezes, the audio and video get out of sync, it stutters, or just goes out...

Plays the same movies sometimes the same movie back to back. Internet is slow and a lot of the times cable and Internet are out. Worst Internet and cable I have ever had.

This has to be the worst cable company on earth! Techs lie and say they show up then the store isn't open during store hours! They have a closed sign during hours!

Horrible service Internet is down more times than on if I had an option for Internet service providers in my area I would go with someone else.. Till then sadly I'm stuck with Spectrum.
