Southeast Financial Credit Union

Southeast Financial Federal Credit Union was created on April 23, 2001, from the merger of Tennessee Telco Credit Union and Tennessee Workers Credit Union. The name Southeast Financial Federal Credit Union was selected to represent the broad membership of the new credit union, while reflecting a continued commitment to the traditions that were developed by these two institutions. Tennessee Workers Credit Union was chartered in December 1970 through the efforts of state of Tennessee Department of Health employees who were interested and concerned with helping their fellow workers. Membership has expanded over the years to include many other industrial, government and professional organizations. As one of the largest and most secure credit unions in the state, Southeast Financial Credit Union is a valuable asset to its members. Dedicated to improving the financial well-being of its members, Southeast Financial Federal Credit Union offers access to a wide range of financial services at little or no cost. As a nonprofit financial cooperative, the credit union is owned and operated by member-owners.
