BEST place for hair cut! This is like the 5th time in a row that I've gotten my hair cut at SmartCuts in Kingsport ... All five times have been excellent! You can get your hair cut just as well...

Never ever ever go there for even the most simple hair cut. I wanted 8" of length taken off of my long hair. The 8" is so it could be donated. I brought a tape measure with me and stylist...
