SmART! opened its doors in June of 2014 as a social enterprise of Progress Inc. Top artists, incredible teachers, creative parents, emerging crafters, camp counselors, DIY-ers, avid pinners and Nashville's finest thrifters shop our shelves for one-of-a-kind art and craft supplies, raw materials and more SmART finds. 95% of our stock is less than $5 with all inventory 25-50% the price of similar items you'd find at retailers. 100% of SmART profits benefit Progress Inc programs to promote the health, happiness, and safety of adults living with intellectual disabilities in our community. As individuals with these disabilities often have problems with major life activities such as language, mobility, learning, self-help and independent living, we're honored to help in any way we can. In addition to financial support, SmART! provides needed employment opportunities for Progress clients.
