History

I grew up always knowing about health and fitness from being in a very active family home. I rode a bike for miles everyday in the yard as a young kid. My dad was a former amateur bodybuilder as well. Year and years went by as I grew up and I contained all this knowledge of how to be fit and healthy. In 2016, the Lord told me to use my knowledge to help as many people as I can. Two years later, I finally started my career and I have been blessed enough to help 100's from all around the world thanks to social media platforms.
