Found the perfect shoe but they could not locate the other shoe to make a pair. If you can't keep up with the mate maybe just leave them both in the original box.

As the other reviewer said. Customer service is very poor. I was passed more than 10 times and none of the employees ever greeted or ask if I needed help. Found a pair of shoes and went to ask...
