The Agent themself are helpful. Unfortunately it not the same case when it comes to the claims department, mainly adjusters/management I've been a loyal customer for 30+ years with no claims....

They are terrible. They say they will fix your house but end up denying everything. And then they will put a deadline to fix your roof or they will cancel your policy.
